Ξεκινώντας από μονήρη αποκατάσταση δοντιού μέχρι την πλήρη στοματική αποκατάσταση, η Προσθετική παραμένει το βασικό θεμέλιο στην κλινική Οδοντιατρική, και περιλαμβάνει βασικά βήματα όπως η διάγνωση, ο σχεδιασμός της θεραπείας, η παρασκευή των δοντιών, η λήψη αποτυπώματος, η άρθρωση των εκμαγείων, οι διαδικασίες του εργαστηρίου, η συγκόλληση και η τελική παράδοση.

Η σημερινή εξέλιξη στην τεχνολογία των υπολογιστών (Ψηφιακός Σχεδιασμός Χαμόγελου-DSD, ενδοστοματικά scanners, διαδικασίες CAD CAM) επιτρέπει την ταχύτερη και ενίοτε ευκολότερη ροή εργασιών σε κάποια από αυτά τα βήματα, αλλά και πάλι πρέπει να εφαρμόζονται ως το τέλος οι βασικοί κανόνες της προσθετικής οδοντιατρικής. Σκοπός αυτού του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος διάρκειας 1 έτους είναι η ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στο πεδίο της προσθετικής οδοντιατρικής, ξεκινώντας από την κλινική αξιολόγηση και τεκμηρίωση στο πρώτο ραντεβού μέχρι την τελική παράδοση, συμπεριλαμβάνοντας τα βασικά βήματα καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας.

Στο τέλος αυτού του προγράμματος, όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες θα μπορούν να ολοκληρώσουν μία προσθετική αποκατάσταση, αρχίζοντας από κεραμικές όψεις μέχρι περιστατικά πλήρους στοματικής αποκατάστασης χρησιμοποιώντας ενημερωμένες σύγχρονες μεθόδους.
